By making a purchase on THCNoiD.com you are demonstrating a clear understanding that some products you may be purchasing contain Hemp Derived CBD, THCa, THCp, CBG, and/or many other cannabinoids. It’s contents are displayed on the product page. It is up to you to check your state about the legality of purchasing any product on our website that include cannabinoids that may not be legal in your state.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason. With that being said, we almost always accept return requests since we are guided by our desire to offer the best service, the best products, and we never want to sell a product that doesn’t serve the purchaser’s desires and needs.
Some products we allow to be returned after opening and trying the product. We are very logical and rational. We place an extremely high value on customer satisfaction, but we will not be taken advantage of. For example, one will not purchase a Pre-Roll, return a “roach”, and expect a store credit for a different flavor. Using that Pre-Roll product example, 80-90% of the Pre-Roll should be returned and we will gladly issue you a store credit or your money back. Purchasing larger quantities, no more than a partial gram of the product should be missing from the quantity purchased.
Items must be returned in the condition it was sent in.
We must be notified to initiate the return process for your item within 7 days and must be shipped back within 30 days of approval.
Refunds are not processed until the item is received back, has been inspected, and approved.
If we decide to refund an order, the refund as a store credit will be issued immediately or money back will be processed within 7-10 business days.
We provide a thorough product description, ingredients for each product and a 3rd Party COA for our products, so there should be no confusion as to what you are ordering.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always check with your health care provider before taking/trying new products.
If your product is damaged in shipping, please take a picture or video of the original packaging and send to us within 24 hours or receiving your product. A determination will then be made once we are able to review the situation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which is on your account dashboard. You must be the purchaser to return a product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee the services of shipping carriers and that we will receive your returned item.
